The Systems Design Process
Large residential electronic systems can equate to or exceed the budgets of large commercial entertainment venues and require the same level of expertise in their design and implementation. We believe the client deserves design documentation and project management services equal in quality to that of a performing arts center or other sophisticated commercial facility. The residential systems market is flooded with vendors that may or may not be qualified to prescribe design packages that precisely meet the needs of the customer and this is how we excel.
An initial program study and needs analysis meeting is conducted
to determine the client's goals and from this point a design is
constructed. System schematics, equipment rack drawings and artistic
renderings are developed to illustrate a solution the customer
can understand. Touchpanel control systems are displayed in our
facility so that the client's level of expectation in operation
and ease of use can be fully agreed upon.
The Project Management Process
EAP will assign a project manager to oversee systems installation
throughout the construction process and conduct any required project
meetings with the various other trades. Timelines can be established
with the general contractor and monitored to keep everyone on
schedule.
