With over 17 years experience in professional integration and
electronic component production, Jason Ashton is one of the
top engineers in electro-acoustics, security and communication
systems.
His early career began with semi-conductor testing, robotic
transfer equipment programming, pneumatics, HVAC, plumbing and
electrical systems maintenance for a large microprocessor assembly
factory in Northern Ohio. He also developed expertise in voice/data
systems design, deployment and management.
In 1997, Jason joined a family owned audio/communications company
with hopes of expanding his technical palette. There, he would
become responsible for building one of the most reputable systems
contracting firms in the Midwest, servicing hospitality, educational,
governmental, worship and entertainment venues.
Jason is highly specialized in industrial security, access
entry, microwave communications and video surveillance systems.
He oversees the CAD and technical specifications content for
EAP and provides global oversight for project management.
It was in 1999 that Jason and RJ would meet at a technical
symposium from Synergetic Audio Concepts. The friendship and
collaborative partnership would lend to the creation of EAP
in hopes of furthering the principles of modern electro-acoustic
design in the professional, residential and marine market sectors.
Jason enjoys racquetball, league soccer, music
and woodworking.
